From an interim position Digital Junkies engaged to improve the online user experience for customers of OHRA, a financial services company. First step was to map out customer journeys and analyze data on customer contact to identify areas for improvement. Based on our findings, we provided recommendations and implemented changes that resulted in a significant reduction in unnecessary customer contact. This allowed the company to focus on more meaningful interactions with its customers and ultimately improve customer satisfaction.
In addition to this, optimized the user experience and conversion for a new online calculator and application process in the field of annuities. Working closely with the company’s developers to ensure that the tool was easy to use and streamlined for maximum efficiency. By optimizing the user experience, the conversion rates increased.
Coordinated an SEO/content project focused on annuities and pensions. Worked closely with the client to create engaging and informative content that would help improve their search engine rankings and attract more qualified leads. We supervised the team’s work, ensuring that the content was aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives. By taking a hands-on role in this project, the content was of the highest quality and would help the company achieve its business objectives.
